Shipping & Handling
We will process your order as quickly as possible. Turn-a-round time for in-stock orders is approximately 2-5 business days. If an item is back ordered or out of stock you will be notified immediately via email or phone. Please note: if you order multiple items and one or more of the items is on backorder, your order will not be shipped until it is complete.
We ship all orders via FedEx Priority Mail, which can take 2-5 weekdays to arrive. You may choose Priority Overnight, 2-Day Ship, or Fed Ex Ground which can take up to 5 days. If you need an order rushed, please contact malia@stizarhawaii.com or select priority overnight shipping, additional charges may apply. Shipping and handling fees, as well as Hawaii state sales tax, are calculated upon checkout. Larger orders may be shipped via FedEx Ground to insure proper insurance and tracking, which can take between 4-7 business days. International orders are shipped via FedEx International flat rate boxes starting at $23, please email or call to inquire about international fees.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal through our secured shopping cart. We do not sell, distribute or share customer information under any circumstances.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your product in any way and would like to request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to secure a return authorization. You may notify us through email at malia@stizarhawaii.com to request a return authorization. Return authorizations are required with all returns. Once a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of authorization. The items must be returned unworn and in original condition with all accompanying tags attached. Items that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or are sent without a return authorization are not eligible for credit or exchange and will be returned to the sender. A copy of the invoice should be sent with the returned item. Once received, if the item is approved for return a credit and/or exchange will be issued within 2-3 business days. For all return orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All sales are final with accessories items and we do not accept returns on sale items or jewelry.
